CPAWS Yukon welcomed revered Canadian science broadcaster and environmental activist David Suzuki to Whitehorse on May 9, 2008. He spoke to a sold-out crowd of 500 Yukoners at Mt. MacIntyre on the subject of Biodiversity and how our human survival depends on it, as part of a fundraiser event for CPAWS-Yukons ongoing work on conservation and wilderness protection.
